Seed Germination Procedure:
  1.  Soak for 30minutes in Fungicide mix of one teaspoon part 30% hyndrogen peroxide (H2O2) in one liter of water.
  2. Prepare the seed bed with cocopeat in it.
  3. Put the seeds on top of cocopeat after spraying funadan insecticide.
  4. Cover the seeds with 1/2cm thick soil.
  5. Spray a small amount of water to wet the soil.
  6. Keep the seed bed away from sunlight and rain water.
  7. Water spray the seed bed when soil dries out.

How to earn profit with Agarwood Aquilaria Trees?
• The leaves of an Aquilaria Malaccensis tree makes a good tea. Has a high demand on market.
• After the 4th  to 5th year of growing, the tree will bear fruits. Make money by selling the seeds and seedlings.
• In the 8th year, the oleoresin called agarwood inside the trunk started to develop, you can sell this for p100k – p500k/kilo depending on the quality of harvest. Or we can apply inoculant to develop agarwood inside.
The total yield of oil for 70 kg of wood not exceeding 20 ml. The average yield from single tree is approximately 4kgs. The current price is 100,000.00 to 500,000 peso. The yield from one Agarwood tree is 1,000,000M approximately.

One of the most valued and expensive tree is the Agarwood or Aquilaria tree. It is an endangered species of plant in the Thymelaeaceae family. It is a wood that cost more than gold. First grade agarwood is one of the most expensive natural raw material in the world.

Agarwood is a fragrant dark resinous wood used in incense, perfume, and small carvings. It is formed in the heartwood of aquilaria trees when they become infected with a type of mold (Phialophora parasitica).
